Anne Jones is a Vancouver-based Registered Massage Therapist, Online Fitness Coach, National Fitness Presenter, and Yoga Teacher for real people who want to get fit and mobile.

Through her online coaching programs and yoga classes, she’s here to teach you how to fix your mindset and get fit and strong — without dieting or restrictions.

Anne has been featured by the City of PragueMindbodygreenrefinery29, and more.

And when she’s not bouncing around doing burpees, you can find her indulging in a Hawaiian pizza (with her daughter) and the occasional glass of red (with her husband).

Before working with you I had constant hip pain and was very frustrated. I had no progress for any physio or even rest with my hip for a year prior and I was scared that I wouldn’t be able to maintain the fitness level I had achieved and worried about the impact on my physical appearance and health that would have. Working with you has been a blessing. I can’t believe the constant pain is gone. When I do feel it coming on I’m not scared about dealing with it. The focused workouts are helping my hip and at first I didn’t even notice how every movement connected and contributed. I can use my hip and it’s not making it worse!!! I signed up for the 12-week M+M program to improve my posture, restore my core after two babies, and develop an at-home fitness habit during the pandemic. My expectations were met 100% with thoughtful, progressive workouts that yielded results after the first month. The extra benefit — and what I didn’t know I needed — is the community focus of the program. The weekly check-ins, goal setting and group coaching calls kept me feeling motivated and accountable, but most importantly taught me to create space for my own self-care, something I had not been prioritizing. 

After 12 weeks I am standing straighter, feeling stronger, looking more toned and working out 3x a week — something I have never done in my life.
