Anne has been a passionate fitness and wellness fanatic since she was a journalism student at Ryerson University in Toronto. She is all about problem-solving and putting in the work to help others live their best lives.
Anne works three days a week at South Langley Massage Therapy, seeing massage therapy and private yoga clients. She also trains fitness and private yoga clients in the early mornings, evenings, and on the weekend in person and via FaceTime/Skype.
Anne also teaches the anatomy portion of the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Vayusha Yoga and myofascial release and yoga workshops at Thrive Movement Studio, both in South Surrey, outside of Vancouver, B.C.
When she is not working, she loves to eat out, play on her slack-line, practice yoga, write, and spend quality time with her daughter, Sophie, her husband, Matt, and their tiny dog, Kenzie.
Anne has worked professionally in the fitness industry since 2009, and has been practicing massage therapy for five years.
