Functional Flow Yoga

This one-hour class is an interdisciplinary tour of yoga, corrective exercise, breath strategies, and mindset work to help you find and heal your ‘body blind spots.’ Each class helps you find areas of overuse, underuse or misuse, and improves your body awareness.

Classes challenge your tolerance for adaptability and enlarge your capacity for positive change. You’ll feel as though you’ve moved into a better-fitting suit by the end of each class, and wonder why you’ve waited so long to see a tailor.

Recommended Props:

  • A mat
  • 1 medium-sized hand towel or yoga strap
  • Yoga Block
