Let’s face it: Getting to a class or a studio isn’t always convenient…and may not even feel safe right now.
But you want to do yoga, and get more flexible, get stronger… Hmm…you’ve also heard that exercise and yoga are good for you. But, like…you have to sign up, brush your teeth, put on a sports bra, remember your water, drive there, possibly interact with humans at reception. What if there’s someone there who breathes loudly… And OMG what if everyone else is more fit and/or flexible than you are?
(I have been teaching fitness and yoga for 11 years and sometimes I still feel that way! Especially if I am visiting a new studio.)
