We do 1-3 thorough interviews to be sure that you are a good fit and qualify for the program. You will submit a personalized intake form giving us all the deets about what you have for equipment and time, and your goals.

All of this allows my team and I to create the MOST personalized and effective program possible for you.



INTUITIVE NUTRITION COACHING


No, it doesn’t mean we are psychic and can tell what you’ve eaten. It means that, instead of telling you to count calories and eliminate carbs, sugar, or entire food groups, our Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Keyrsten McEwan, actually coaches you, with strategies to avoid binge and emotional eating and teaches you to learn to listen to your hunger and fullness cues so that you actually eat when you’re hungry and stop eating when you’re full. {WTF? I know.}

“I have so much to say about the program I don’t even know where to start. When I first reached out to Anne, I had been struggling for years to get back into shape. IS THERE A START AND END DATE?

Your program will begin on the date of your Orientation Call. Orientation calls are Tuesdays at 4 pm pst / 7 pm EST. (If that time doesn’t work for you, we will find an alternate time.) Your contract ends 16-20 weeks after your orientation call, but you’ll be offered to re-sign if you’re loving the program!

IS THERE A TRIAL PHASE? I WANT TO MAKE SURE WE’RE A GOOD FIT.

That is the purpose of the application process, the interviews, and JonesFit (if you want to try our template program first). One-on-one coaching is at least a 16-week membership because we are committed to one another for that time. If you aren’t sure you’re ready to commit, try JonesFit to get to know my training style, my philosophy, my team, and trainerize. You can always apply for personalized at any later time.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

If you think there might be a need to cancel, this is not the membership for you. I make it clear what you can expect. WE are in this together, my friend. I’m not cancelling on you, and you’re not cancelling on me.

HOW OFTEN WILL I HEAR FROM YOU?

At least one coach checks trainerize at least once each weekday. We check in to answer any questions you have and support you. We personally review your 1:1 check-ins each weekend, provide personalized feedback, and make any necessary program updates. You are welcome to shoot us a message or send us video questions at any time.

DO I NEED EXPERIENCE WORKING OUT?

No. Our programs are customized, progressive, and can begin from the couch if that’s where you are at now. One-on-one coaching is for the woman who wants to move well, feel confident and strong, and wouldn’t hate looking better naked.

WHEN DO I GET ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM?

You will have immediate access to my course and will be added to trainerize within 48 hours of signing up. Your orientation call will be the following Tuesday and your program will be ready within 3-4 business days. The second you are assigned your program you can view it and you continue to have access to it even after you get new phases.

WHEN DOES MY PAYMENT COME OUT?

The same date you signed up for the remainder of your membership.

WHO IS 1:1 coaching NOT FOR?

A woman who questions whether she can make the financial investment in her health and fitness. A woman who is not ready to spend 3-6 hours working on her fitness, mindset, and nutrition.

HOW OFTEN DO THE WORKOUTS CHANGE?

It depends on your needs and program. You get a new phase every 2-6 weeks. These programs are PERSONALIZED. Like legitimately personalized. We often provide nutritional coaching for eating in airports because our clients are pilots or on a school schedule because our clients are teachers. We frequently write programs that have one week in the gym, while the next week is bodyweight and cardio because the client is travelling and that’s what she has for equipment. Then back to her gym the next week. These programs are designed with REAL life in mind. We are in this for longevity.
