Do you want to practice yoga to your highest potential? I offer one on one yoga classes to help you get the most out of each practice.

#### ALIGNMENT

Benefit from having an experienced teacher seeing your body move as a whole and making modifications specific to you.

#### FOCUS

Meditation and Yoga are the best ways to gradually improve your focus and still the fluctuations of the mind.

#### BREATH

Breathwork is healing and can control anxiety and the autonomic nervous system and is included in all of Anne’s group and private classes.

## PRIVATE YOGA

Private yoga sessions offer students the ability to focus on personal interests, health concerns or specific goals.

Instead of following along with the yoga teacher in a group class, a private lesson allows an individual to work with Anne to set specific goals and plans, such as personal goals for flexibility, strength, stress reduction or addressing specific health concerns (just to name a few).

You will have a free coaching call, where Anne will ask about your goals and take the information about the yoga student, and creates a personalized routine based on the information provided.

From there, you will schedule the sessions.

Private yoga sessions are available in Cloverdale, at Live2Play Fitness Studio, and at South Langley Massage Therapy.

*Prices vary depending on travel time, studio rental, and desired intentions.*

Semi-Private & small group options available upon request.
